来源:

Date: 17th October 2024

Time: 13:30-17:00

Venue: COTTM Conference Room, Hall 11, NAEC

Background of the Forum:

At the Third Edition of Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in October 2023, China put forward eight actions for cooperation, which clearly stated: to negotiate and sign free trade agreements and investment protection agreements with more countries; to deepen the opening-up of cross-border service trade and investment. China has become a force for certainty and stability in the recovery of the world economy and the development of international trade and investment, creating more opportunities for the world through its own development. This also means that there will be more opportunities for Chinese enterprises to invest overseas in the future.

COTTM will further implement China’s national strategy of jointly building the “One Belt, One Road”, by organising the “Outbound Tourism Investment and Development Forum” at the “COTTM Conference” in the afternoon of 17th October.  The Forum will invite several overseas destination embassies/tourism boards to present their tourism investment policies and to showcase their high-quality investment projects and development opportunities to the industry.

Meanwhile, COTTM will also invite Chinese investment association officials, project investors, hotels, brand management organisations, accommodation and tourism facilities providers who are interested in overseas investment to participate.
