中国旅游研究院(CTA)

根据中央编办复字 [2007]98号文件,成立中国旅游研究院,作为国家旅游局直属的专业研究机构,2008年6月6日在京挂牌成立。2015年12月,经中央编办批准,加挂“国家旅游局数据中心”。 2017年1月被科技部列为中央级科研事业单位。中国旅游研究院(国家旅游局数据中心)以“促进中国旅游产业发展和国际交流的政府智库、业界智囊、学术高地”为建设宗旨,致力于旅游研究与数据分析,促进旅游业发展。重点开展旅游业发展基础理论、政策和重点、热点问题研究,参与旅游业发展规划的研究、编制和论证,为地方报审的旅游业发展规划审查提供相关技术支持,承担旅游统计数据的收集整理与分析预测,旅游统计科学的研究及国际旅游统计的交流与合作,开展旅游领域高层次人才培养和国际国内学术交流工作。

中国旅游研究院(国家旅游局数据中心)现设三个行政部门、五个研究所(中心)、一个实验室(筹)、一个文献中心(筹)。行政部门设办公室、科研管理部和学术推广部;研究部门包括旅游政策与发展战略研究所、旅游产业运行与企业发展研究所、区域旅游发展与规划研究所、国际旅游研究所、旅游统计与经济分析中心、国家旅游经济实验室(筹)、国家旅游文献情报中心(筹)。中国旅游研究院依托高等院校和科研院所,成立了十六家外设研究机构,包括旅游市场与目的地营销研究基地、旅游基础理论研究基地、旅游影响研究基地、饭店产业研究基地、旅游安全研究基地、都市旅游研究基地、台湾旅游研究基地、西部旅游发展研究基地、旅游职业教育研究基地、旅游标准化研究基地、边境旅游研究基地、旅游学术评价研究基地、东盟旅游研究基地、文化旅游研究基地、昆明分院和武汉分院。

为配合好全域旅游发展战略实施,形成全面覆盖的数据采集和分析系统和更加完善的数据中心工作体系, 国家旅游局数据中心根据局党组批复的《数据中心地方和企业合作网络发展规划》,依托地方政府和企业建立分中心、专业基地、专题实验室和观测站四类技术合作网络。目前,中心技术合作网络已有11个成员单位,包括福州分中心、长春分中心、中卫云基地、呼伦贝尔边境旅游专项基地、携程旅行网旅游大数据联合实验室、中国电信大数据联合实验室、银联商务大数据联合实验室、蚂蜂窝自由行大数据联合实验室、阿尔山扶贫观测站、巴马扶贫观测站以及千岛湖民俗及乡村旅游观测站,研究院(数据中心)聘请国内外知名专家学者担任学术顾问和学术委员。

In accordance with Document No. [2007] 98 of the State Commission Office for Public Sector Reform, China Tourism Academy (CTA) was established as a specialized institute directly under China National Tourism Administration. On June 6th, 2008, CTA was officially inaugurated. In December 2015 it was also approved as National Tourism Data Center (NTDC), and in January 2017, it was recognized as a public scientific research institution at the Central level by the Ministry of Science and Technology.CTA (NTDC) aims to establish itself as “think tank of the government, brainpower of the industry and highland of the academia through promoting China tourism industry development and international exchange”. The research focuses on the basic theories, policies as well as key and difficult issues concerning China tourism industry development of tourism. CTA is also dedicated to China tourism industry statistics and economic accounting, participation in design, compilation and feasibility study of tourism development plans, review and direction on the tourism development plans submitted by local governments, active conduct of training high-level and professional talents in the tourism field as well as international and domestic academic exchanges.

CTA (NTDC) consists of three administrative departments, five institutes, a laboratory (In Preparation), and a Literature Center (In Preparation). The administrative departments refer to the Office, Research Administration Department and Academic Advancement Department, while institutes include Institute of Tourism Policy and Strategy Studies, Institute of Tourism Industry and Enterprise Development, Institute of Regional Tourism Planning and Development, Institute of International Tourism Development, Tourism Statistics and Economic Analysis Center, a National Laboratory for Tourism Economy (In Preparation) and a National Tourism Literature Center (In Preparation) . Cooperating with institutions of higher education and other research institutes, CTA has set up 16 external offices, namely Research Center of Tourism Market and Destination Marketing, Research Center of Tourism Theories, Research Center of Tourism Impact Studies, Research Center of Hospitality Industry, Research Center of Tourism Safety and Security, Research Center of Urban Tourism, Research Center of Tourism in Taiwan, Research Center of Tourism Development in Western China, Research center of Tourism Vocational Education, Research Center of Tourism Standardization, Research Center of Border Tourism, Research Center of Tourism Academic Assessment, Research Center of ASEAN Tourism, Research Center of Culture Tourism , CTA Kunming Branch and CTA Wuhan Branch.

In line with the Planning of NTDC on Cooperative Network Development with Local Governments and Enterprises approved by the Leading Party Group of China National Tourism Administration, the NTDC established four categories of technical cooperative networks including branch center, specialized base, specific laboratory and observatory with the support of local governments and enterprises. This is for successful implementation of the all-for-one tourism development strategy, formation of all-around data collection and analysis system, and optimization of the National Tourism Data Center's working system. At present, the technical cooperative networks have 11 member entities, namely Fuzhou Branch Center, Changchun Branch Center, Zhongwei Cloud Base, Special Base of Border Tourism in Hulun Buir, NTDC-Ctrip Joint Laboratory of Tourism Big Data, NTDC-China Telecom Joint Laboratory of Tourism Big Data, NTDC-UnionPay Joint Laboratory of Tourism Big Data, NTDC-Mafengwo Joint Laboratory of Free Travel Big Data, Arxan Pro-poor Tourism Observatory,Bama Pro-poor Tourism Observatory and Qiandao Lake Homestay and Countryside Tourism Observatory.CTA (NTDC) employs established experts and scholars both home and abroad as the members and consultants of CTA Academic Committee.

欧盟委员会(European Commission)

欧洲旅游委员会(European Travel Commission, 简称ETC)

欧洲旅游委员会(ETC)是欧洲各国家旅游局/部(NTOs)的联盟机构。它创建于1948年,致力于将欧洲作为统一旅游目的地推广到欧洲以外的长线市场,最初是美国,接着是加拿大、拉美和亚洲。目前它有33个NTO成员,包括欧盟外的8个成员。欧洲是世界最大的旅游目的地,2017年国际旅游到访人数为6.71亿,占全球旅游市场份额50%以上。

ETC’s Members are the National Tourist Organisations (NTOs) of 33 European countries, including 24 EU member states. The NTOs of all sovereign states in Europe are eligible for full membership of ETC.

亚太旅游协会(PATA)

作为一个会员机构,亚太旅游协会(PATA)对本地区旅行与旅游业的尽责发展持续发挥着促进作用。借助与官方及民间旅游机构的伙伴关系,PATA不断推动往来于亚太地区及区域内旅行与旅游业的可持续增长、价值和品质的提升。

*在第二届太平洋地区旅行大会上,太平洋地区旅游协会(Pacific Area Travel Association)正式成立。在1986年科伦坡,经理事会表决,协会正式更名为亚太旅游协会(Pacific Asia Travel Association,简称PATA)。
